Tyree Harris’s work tells stories of hope, optimism and resilience. His education in journalism and years wandering the Venice Beach basketball courts for candid portraits give his work a distinct sense of spontaneity. Whether it’s a sports portrait, a lifestyle shoot or a documentary project, he’s always looking for the humanity in every moment. He’s been commissioned for brands including Nike, adidas, the NBA, Interview Magazine, Cultured Magazine, Beats by Dre, VSCO, truth, and Lime Scooters.
Before focusing on photography, Tyree worked in advertising as a copywriter for 8 years, giving him firsthand experience on how to collaborate with agencies and clients.
